According to the Bible, our options are either to bow in full surrender to Jesus and receive forgiveness for our sins during this present life...
OR
We can choose to reject God's gift of salvation and forgiveness, but, with this choice, we will still have to bow and confess Jesus as Lord after this life has ended (Romans 14:11-12)*. And the saddest part about this option is that we won't receive forgiveness for our sins and we will spend eternity separated from God.
So...
If everyone is going to bow down to Jesus eventually (either in this life or in the life to come), you might as well bow down now and be welcomed with loving arms into the family of God!

*Romans 14:11-12 says "For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God."
